General
Fincite Management BV (hereafter: ‘Fincite’) attaches importance to protection of personal data. This privacy statement tells you about what personal data we collect, how we use this information, and how you can access and correct data we may have.
Storage of personal data
Fincite collects and stores the next personal data of its clients and potential clients:
– Name
– Name and address of the organization our (potential) client works for
– Function or role at this organization
– Business phone numbers
– Business email address
We keep this personal data for legitimate business reasons. As for our clients we need the data to conclude the contract and to properly deliver our services. For potential clients we need personal data to provide them with information about our services and how these services may help them improving their business. We only collect and store personal data of potential clients that has:
– Become public or has been (legally) disclosed by public media.
– Been published by the organizations on their own websites.
– Been given to us by the potential clients themselves in conversations with us or by other means of direct communication with us.
Fincite does not acquire or receive personal data from other sources or other parties. Fincite does not provide nor disclose any personal data to other parties, other than strictly required for sending information to our (potential) clients or for the proper delivery of our services to our clients. In these cases, Fincite has entered into a processing agreement with that parties to enforce that personal data will not be disclosed and will only be used for the purposes for which it was provided.
Your rights regarding personal data
With respect to your personal data you have the following rights:
- Access
On your demand we will provide you with an overview of all personal data relating to you that we have. - Rectification
If your personal data is incorrect, we will change these on your instructions or we will delete the incorrect data. - To be forgotten
You can ask us to erase your personal data. - To object to processing and to restrict processing
On your request we will stop processing your personal data.
The right to object to automated profiling and decisions is not applicable, as Fincite does not actively process personal data for that reason.
If you want to exercise your rights, please send us your request in writing (letter or email), in such a way we will be able to assess your identity. After we have received your request, we will answer you within two weeks in writing (letter or email) whether and how we have complied with your request. Fincite will comply as described, however, we are not always able to do this and do not always have to comply with your request, if there are legitimate compulsory reasons that are even more important than your rights and freedoms, for example if we are required by law to keep your personal data for a longer period of time, or if we need the data to substantiate an action of law.
Websites
The websites of Fincite leave cookies for statistical reasons only. We do not trace any of this information back to organizations or individuals. We do not share any of this information with third parties.
There are links in the Fincite websites that connect to third party websites. These sites are not produced, managed or maintained by Fincite. Fincite does not accept any responsibility for the protection of personal data by these sites or by the organizations that run these sites. We advise to read the privacy statements of these sites.
Data encryption
Personal data is stored by Fincite using AES 256-bit encryption. Communication within Fincite uses SSL-secured connections.
Data retention
Personal data will only be retained for as long as required for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.

On our website you will find the most recent version of our privacy statement. Fincite may change this privacy statement. In that case, we will post a message on the homepage of our website that states that the privacy statement has been changed. If there is a material change in collecting or using your personal data, we will inform you.
